This is a GreyBox popup window and everything on the underlying page should be grayed out. If you use a GreyBox popup and find that certain items on the underlying page are not grayed out (items such as a DHTML Menu), here is the solution:

  1. Open gb_styles.css in the greybox folder.

  2. Increase the z-index of #GB_overlay and #GB_window (see the following illustration).
